Knox Private Hospital are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work alongside our team of Administration staff in supporting the consulting suites on both a
part time
and
casual
basis.
About the role
This role will be Monday to Friday during normal working hours.
The successful applicant will be highly motivated, committed to a high standard of customer focused care, excellent time management and organisational skills. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in vibrant and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities include:
Patient Billing and Receipting/Medicare rebate
Maintain accurate records
Coordinate with Doctors and staff from different departments
Patient admission and discharges
Complete other clerical tasks such as data entry
Selection Criteria:
Authority to Work in Australia
General clerical experience (hospital/medical practice setting preferred)
Experience with Medical Software is desirable
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Accurate data entry skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail
Experience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
