We welcome a cheery and motivated full time  Administration Officer  to manage a busy reception while providing calm, high-quality customer service to make all of our guests, residents and employee feel warm and welcomed at our Whitewater Home in  Mordialloc .

Our pioneering development combines a residential 147-bed aged care home , a vibrant early learning centre, a community medical centre, a commercial health club, a swimming pool, and an inviting cafe.
This bold new development is the first time this range of intergenerational care services has been offered in one location by a single provider and represents TLC Mordialloc's commitment to revolutionising care provision.
Hours of work Monday – Friday 0900 – 1700 What you'll be doing Reception duties including managing a busy switchboard meet & greet all guests accept deliveries Manage rosters and minimise vacant shifts Support recruitment and education of staff Payroll related tasks Support the General Manager as required Maintain procedures to ensure smooth management of front and back of house Deliver exceptional customer services to all stakeholders Work collaboratively and strengthen relationships with TLC employees What you'll get    Program of employee and wellbeing initiatives?  $5 employee meals  Exclusive access to TLC Employee Shopping Portal  Employee Assistance Program  Ongoing leadership development and coaching Discounted health insurance?  Free gym membership??  Novated leasing?
