Public Sector People have partnered with an inner-city council and would like to offer you the opportunity to join the Tree Department as an Administration Officer.
This is an administrative based role whereby you will be receiving, distributing and monitoring incoming requests.
Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Monitor and support customer, CEO and Councillor requests and ensure departments are actioning these in a timely manner. A request may be, a tree's roots growing into the drain which can cause severe blockage. The Administrator's role would be to receive the request and distribute this on to the relevant teams e.g the Footpath and Drainage teams. Support efficient and effective record management for the division. Key Criteria Relevant experience within an operations based administrative role. Timely action of requests and ability to work within clearly defined guidelines and deadlines. Ability to prioritise work. Local council experience is preferred.
