Currently, we are seeking an Administration Officer to join our team based in the Karratha LIA.

Role ResponsibilitiesManaging all incoming communicationsPreparation of job information, invoices and quotesWeekly payroll & associated entitlementsManaging receivables & payablesIdeal Candidate QualificationsInitiative and the ability to work autonomouslyThe ability to prioritise and multi-taskExperience with MYOB accounting softwareExperience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)Previous experience in the service industryThe position is full-time with a degree of flexibility in starting & finishing times for the right candidate.
