We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Administration Officer in a health-related business with proven telemarketing skills to join our client's growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment while providing exceptional administrative support for a small team of health professionals.Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive administrative support to the teamManage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone callsSchedule appointments and manage calendarsMaintain accurate records and databasesPrepare reports and presentations as requiredUndertake telemarketing activities to generate leads and appointmentsBuild and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholdersSkills and Experience:Proven experience in an administrative roleDemonstrated telemarketing skills and experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsProficiency in Google SuiteAbility to work autonomously and as part of a teamPositive and proactive attitudeAccreditations, Associations and Certificates:Must have a current First Aid CertificateMust have or obtain prior to the job, an NDIS worker screening check (Yellow Card)Must have or obtain prior to the job, a Queensland disability issued worker screening clearance (Blue Card)To Apply:If you are a highly motivated and experienced administrator with exceptional telemarketing skills, we encourage you to apply.
