The Opportunity Based in Gladstone, QLD, this permanent, full-time Admin Officer role offers an exciting opportunity to support our operations through a wide range of administrative functions. You will play a key role in driving business goals by delivering excellent administrative support and managing key customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities Include Extensive data entryProficiency in Excel for tasks such as cost trackerInvoicing and opening work ordersPayroll supportHandling customer service, including invoice follow-up and answering callsCustomer reporting and collaboration with internal teams to meet business objectivesAbout You With the right attitude and a willingness to collaborate within a teamStrong communication skills are a mustPrior experience in an office environmentKnowledge of payroll processesJDE experience preferredProficiency in Microsoft Excel is essentialAbility to work in a fast-paced, office-based environment (no WFH)Customer service experience, particularly with invoicing and follow-upWhy Join Cleanaway?
