FRM Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Pty Ltd (FRM) is a Darwin based company that commenced operations in 2012. We are now one of the leading regional, commercial refrigeration and air conditioning companies in the Top End.
We specialise in the design, installation and service of commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems. We are currently involved in large contract works for major Northern Territory projects such as national chain supermarkets, shopping centres, Defence Establishments, schools, and government buildings.
The Role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for immediate start for a full time Administration Officer to join our team. Responsibilities include:
Directing calls and managing emails to our generic mailbox
General housekeeping
Assisting with the management of stock levels and notifying the Office Manager when restocking is required
Manage equipment registers
Manage the bookings of hire equipment to staff and to the public
Manage the servicing and repairs of the FRM vehicle and equipment fleet
Provide administration support to the Office Manager
Any other duties as required
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
Proven administration experience in a fast paced and multi-faceted office environment with a particular focus on attention to detail and record keeping
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a varied stakeholder base
Strong organisational skills including the ability to balance multiple priorities and conflicting deadlines
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with a high level of motivation and the ability to build and maintain strong business and professional relationships
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
A can-do attitude with the willingness to learn and be a team player
The following will be highly regarded:
Experience in a trade-based industry
Experience using Advanced Business Manager (ABM) software or similar
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $56,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
8 hour shift
