On a Day-to-Day Basis You Will: Ensure that people and their family and friends are at the heart of everything we do.
Support the Medicare Mental Health Centre vision and objectives and demonstrate our values.
Develop strong and positive relations with people their family and friends and others that access the Medicare Mental Health Centre hub.
Meet and greet clients and hub visitors and provide exceptional customer service.
Provide information to people and their friends and families ensuring that all enquiries are dealt with in a confidential and sensitive manner.
Assist in the set up and pack up of the centre ensuring the rooms are left in a clean and tidy state at the end of each day.
About you: Your strong computer and software skills will be crucial as you handle invoicing, client pricing, and liaise with contractors.
With a focus on exceptional customer service, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for those who access our Medicare Mental Health Centre.

We are also looking for: Demonstrated experience working in an administrative and/or reception role within a similar environment.
Strong experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, Client Records Management systems and other computer technologies Excellent organisational and time management skills Courteous, with high levels of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion High attention to detail Adaptability and flexibility to changing work environments and requirements If this sounds like you, this is what you will need to get started: Current NSW Driver Licence.
Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or ability to obtain one.
Undergo a current and satisfactory Police Check.
