Administration Officer Sydney CBD 2000 Permanent Role – Full Time (Monday – Friday) Salary: $75k + Super Hybrid Cox Purtell is currently working with a prestigious association who are seeking an Administration Officer to provide administrative support to one of their teams in the Forensic Accounting sector, responding to telephone and email enquiries, managing correspondence and ensuring legal records are kept up to date on internal databases.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and enthusiastic administrative professional, to join a supportive team, within a very interesting sector.
Key Responsibilities: Receiving telephone calls on the dedicated phoneline, and answering (email and telephone) enquiries of a general nature.
Management of correspondence including sending and receiving regular and ad hoc emails/letters, filing of correspondence and preparing reports.
Providing administrative support to the team including management of team meetings, managing office supply requests and liaising with building management to escalate any reported office issues.
Preparation of monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc performance reports.
Maintaining file notes/correspondence registers when notifications are received relating to trust accounts.
Provide high quality service to external customers.
Essential Competencies: Strong, efficient administrative skills Excellent telephone manner and telephone answering skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent administrative skills including organisation, planning, and prioritising skills.
Advanced Microsoft office skills including Teams, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
Previous experience using Power BI and Adobe Marketo Engage would be advantageous.
An interest in the legal or accounting field would be a big plus too.
