Always About the Opportunity: St Vincent's Private Hospital Brisbane is seeking an experienced, organised, and compassionate Administrator to join our Community Palliative Care team. This role is permanent part-time consisting of 32 hours per week.

The role will incorporate a broad range of administrative duties that may include admitting & discharging patients, health fund eligibility verification, and providing clerical assistance to clinical areas, and importantly creating a comfortable and caring experience for our patients and their families.

Experience with Webpas, Direct Control, and Palcare software would be desirable. Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines. Experience in a high-level customer service role in the health care sector, medical or health fund industry. Experience working with IBA patient management system is desirable but not essential. Have a responsible and mature approach to the workplace. Work well and be flexible under pressure during busy times.
