Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support) BioBlue is a South Australian owned manufacturer and distributor of AdBlue Diesel Exhaust Fluid serving customers nationally.
We are seeking an enthusiastic administration officer to join our office team at our Adelaide headquarters for an immediate start.
This position is casual with opportunity for ongoing part-time employment for a suitable candidate, approximately 2-3 days per week.
Job-specific training will be provided.
Job Duties include but are not limited to: Monitoring phone and email for sales order and service requests Managing incoming sales orders and customer enquiries Invoicing of sales orders and other administrative data entry Maintaining company filing and record systems Data entry for internal stock management, purchasing and manufacturing traceability processes General office cleaning/tidying and general admin tasks The successful candidate must demonstrate: Previous MYOB experience (essential) High level of data entry accuracy and attention to detail Previous administrative experience with checkable references Good customer service, phone manner, and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and email programs Punctuality and reliability Access to a reliable vehicle and driver's license No allergies to dust/chemicals If you believe you are a suitable candidate for this position, please upload your resume and cover letter to Seek.
