The Position: An opportunity is available for an Administration Assistant to join a growing and fast-evolving team in a permanent full-time position in Brisbane CBD.As the successful candidate you will provide administrative support to key business leaders across procurement, finance and legal. Your will be responsible for a range of support including database management, reporting, document management, data entry, as well as email inbox management and managing general queries. Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the Team Lead, you will be an integral member of a high-performing team. Your key responsibilities will include, however are not limited to: Administration support including managing inbox, filing, document management and preparing reports; Supporting with procurement administration including preparing quote processes, tender documents and proposals; Database management including setting up new suppliers, and record management; Printing, collating and formatting documents; Ad hoc support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the function and key project. Skills & Experience: To be successful in this role you will have the following skills: Ability to work in a growing and evolving team environment; Demonstrated experience in administration, with experience in procurement highly regarded; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; High attention to detail; Willingness and eagerness to learn; Highly competent in Microsoft suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
