As a Homestay Administration Officer you will provide quality operational administration support to the Service and will be responsible for maintaining an efficient and customer focused Reception for internal and external clients, other visitors and service providers. Scheduling appointments, maintaining client tenancies, promoting and contributing to a positive team environment within the Service. Responsibilities include document management, office equipment maintenance, fleet management, and client admission and discharge processing. Support the team environment positively, contributing to the effective delivery of mental health and wellbeing services. About You: You have relevant experience in administration, particularly in roles requiring high levels of discretion and customer interaction. You're a customer service champion, skilled in communicating with a diverse range of stakeholders. You are an adept multi-tasker, capable of managing multiple priorities independently or as part of a team. Your skills include high accuracy in data entry, accounts management, and an understanding of quality frameworks. Required Credentials & Qualifications Current National Police Check Blue Card QLD Driver's Licence, and have reliable transportation A Certificate in Business Administration or related field is highly regarded.
