A council located in the Central Highlands region of Victoria north-west of Melbourne is hiring an Infrastructure Administration Support Officer to start ASAP and provide essential administrative and customer service support for the Infrastructure & Development Services department on a 2-month contract basis.Key Responsibilities:Customer Service: Serve as the main point of contact for customer requests via Closing the Loop (Knack), providing timely and accurate responses.Administration: Assist the Manager Operations with tasks such as minute taking and drafting written responses. Manage the Infrastructure roster system, including staff availability and after-hours call-outs.
