To excel in this role, you will demonstrate: Exceptional Administrative and Technical Skills : Proven expertise in working with Patient Information systems associated with outpatient and inpatient attendances, as well as advanced word processing and data entry skills.
Strong Interpersonal and Communication Abilities : Demonstrated ability to interact sensitively and professionally with clients and staff, both internal and external, through written and verbal communication.
Organisational Excellence : Proven capacity to prioritise tasks, manage workloads effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Healthcare Experience and Knowledge : Extensive experience in client-based reception services, electronic booking systems, Microsoft Office applications, and team collaboration, along with a solid understanding of patient service delivery processes within a Local Health Network.
