About the role As a vital member of our Vineyard team, you will work closely with the Vineyard Manager to provide essential administrative support to our McLaren Vale vineyards.
Your responsibilities will encompass compliance, purchasing coordination, financial management, payroll and assistance with vintage scheduling.
Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining our commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.
Ensure compliance with all laws, TWE policies, and industry standards related to vineyard operations Manage stock orders, purchasing, and supplier-related tasks, including POs, goods receipting, and payment processing Handle purchase card transactions and prepare reports for the Vineyard Manager's review Assist the Vineyard Manager with vintage scheduling and bookings Uphold TWE's HSE standards through document control, data reporting, and managing training and injury programs About you As a highly organised and detail-oriented individual, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at managing multiple administrative activities simultaneously.
Your strong communication skills enable you to provide immediate and accurate advice to support your team effectively.
