Job Description Part-time ongoing opportunity (Tues, Wed and Thursday)Based at our Port Macquarie officeGenerous salary + Super + Salary Packaging benefits of up to $18,550As the Administration Officer, you will support the provision of services by providing financial support to Older Adults delivered throughout our NSW footprint including the Mid North Coast, Hunter, and South West Sydney.
Duties include: Processing high volume invoices in a time-driven environment.Entering client data into the EACH database as required.Developing, implementing, reviewing, and making continuous improvements to the administrative systems and processes.Supporting the team with other administration and ad hoc duties as and when required to ensure optimal functioning of the site.Providing Carelink support to the team and generating reports as required.Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Who We're Looking For We are looking for an administrative professional with demonstrated experience processing invoices, claims, and payments along with strong computer skills and the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Skills in finance, budgeting, and database entry would be advantageous.Exceptional administration skills including phone and email.Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.Previous experience working in finance and administration preferably within a community health setting.What We Offer EACH is committed to developing our people.
