About the Role As the first face people see at our office reception area, you will handle in-person and phone enquiries, gather and provide information to clients and assist in the day-to-day running of the team. The administrative support includes assisting clients, responding to all enquiries, collecting and distributing mail and maintaining office equipment and supplies. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be part of our Employment Services Team, based at our Ararat Office. The successful applicant will have well-developed interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask and work under pressure, be self-motivated and have a positive attitude. You will have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.  We don't mind if you have not worked in employment services before, as we will train you. What you must have is a positive energy and a genuine passion to help others. A drivers' licence and police check are required for this role.
