About the position As an Administration Officer, you will provide effective and efficient support to the Employment & Community team through the implementation of quality systems and processes, high level of compliance, and excellent personnel skills.
This is a Fixed-Term position until 30 June 2026 based in Malaga.
As an Administration Officer, you will also:
Provide administrative support for grants related programs including onboarding employees and checking the needs of development for activities and tasks. Prepare reporting for the Department of Social Services and NDIS on grants related activities and workplans. Process NDIS claims through the Customer Management System (CMS). Liaise with internal and external parties. Develop training materials from content provided. Organise training and induction sessions. Answer queries regarding AWA employment support services for people with disabilities. Experience using administration systems including CMS, ERP's, and Microsoft products. Great administrative skills with a strong attention to detail. Current Working with Children Check, National Police Clearance no older than 6 months, Current Driver's Licence, NDIS Workers Orientation Module, NDIS Worker Screening check, and COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate.
