About the rolePermanent full time opportunity to provide high level administration support to ensure the efficient delivery of the Clinical Skills Development Service's education and training programs throughout metropolitan, regional, rural and remote areas of Queensland.About youOur ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values: Provide an efficient, courteous and supportive reception and information service.
This includes greeting clients, course participants, and Faculty; and distribution of information to internal and external clients.Prepare and process participant payments and refunds in accordance with Metro North Health's financial management policies and procedures.Produce and disseminate course material to participants, staff and Faculty.Collate and process participant and faculty evaluation data into relevant systems.Coordinate education material including manuals and resources ensuring sufficient supply levels are maintained.
