(pro rata) plus Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice benefits – ASO2 Fulltime Temporary for 12 months About the Role: The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking an Administration Officer to join the Division of Surgical Specialties & Anaesthesia (DSSA).
As an integral part of the DSSA team, you'll play a pivotal role in the provision of a comprehensive and confidential secretarial, administrative and reception service by prioritising, vetting and processing all communications (including telephone calls) in a competent, timely and confidential manner.
Part of the role will include the co-ordination of Divisional meetings and accurately minuting, transcribing and distributing minutes in a timely manner.
You will also assist with the provision of monthly activity statements for the Division.
as well as ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
