About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Administrative Officer to join the Centre for Treatment of Anxiety and Depression (CTAD) in Thebarton. This vital role will support our multidisciplinary team by providing a wide range of administrative services to both staff and consumers. As the first point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and professional reception, managing client records, scheduling appointments, and handling enquiries. Your ability to maintain databases, coordinate the waitlist, and process invoices will help ensure the efficient operation of our clinic, which plays a crucial role in providing mental health services to the community.
You will work closely with a variety of stakeholders, including clinicians, support staff, clients, and external services, to ensure the seamless delivery of administrative support. In addition to managing resources, maintaining clinic facilities, and coordinating purchasing orders, you will contribute to an environment of care and respect for mental health consumers. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dedicated team, supporting positive mental health outcomes within the Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN).

We are looking for a motivated and adaptable individual with strong administrative skills to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic clinic environment. To succeed in this role, you will have:
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to manage diverse interactions, including high-pressure situations and challenging clients.
Strong organisational abilities, including the capacity to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with computerised information systems, ensuring efficient data management and reporting.
A commitment to confidentiality, teamwork, and delivering a high standard of support in a client-focused healthcare setting.
