Support BM with financial, payroll, and human resource requirements. Provide high-level confidential administrative and secretarial support to the Executive leadership team and Business Manager. Use information management systems including administration, human resources, and financial management systems to process information and produce reports, and coordinate the dissemination of information to office personnel. Complete duties that will involve word processing, database and spreadsheet applications, and produce advanced desktop published and Adobe documents. Assist with relief of other administration staff to ensure operational needs are met during the 48 weeks of education delivery. This will include enrolment of students and student attendance/absences. The ability to learn many different programs and databases. To be successful in this role, you will show initiative, have strong interpersonal skills, and have experience in supporting administration, finance, and payroll operations. The ideal applicant must be highly reliable, have effective time management and attention to detail skills. This role will require an individual with strong communication skills to assist and engage with the school community in a friendly and professional manner on a daily basis.
