About the role
Builderwest is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administration Officer / Case Manager to join our dynamic team in our Landsdale, WA office.
In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our day-to-day operations and providing exceptional customer service to our clients, working one-on-one with a supervisor.

What you'll be doing
Working as an administrative officer to case manage construction repair work for insurance and strata industries.
Manage and maintain client case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the delivery of outstanding customer service.
Process and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Provide administrative support to the wider team, including scheduling appointments, coordinating travel, and managing correspondence with clients.
Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Contribute to the development and implementation of improved administrative processes and procedures.
What we're looking for
Excellent administrative and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Proven experience in a similar administration or case management role, ideally within the construction or related industry.
Proficient in MS Office suite, with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving and task management.
A team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
