We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Officer to join our Business Services department.
This is a full-time permanent position.
Reporting to the Office Manager, this role is responsible for the smooth running of the corporation.
The Administration Officer acts as the main point of contact for all employees, stakeholders, and customers.
Main duties include providing exemplary customer service and administrative support to the corporation, greeting visitors, and answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
The key focus areas of the role include:
Answering general enquiries on the Corporation's main phone and enquiries shared inboxGreeting visitorsOrganisation of necessary refreshments, including tea, coffee, and catering for meetings when appropriateResponsible for the overall cleanliness of the office and meeting roomsCoordinating stock and ordering stationery, supplies, and other office requirementsMaintaining and updating company databases, including archiving (physical and digital)Coordination of incoming and outgoing mail and couriersSupporting the Office Manager with general administrative tasks for the efficient running of the organisationProviding assistance to the People, Culture & Capability team and all AGPC staff as requiredTo succeed in this role, you will have:
