We are seeking a motivated AO4 Administration Officer to provide exceptional administrative and procurement support for our key projects.
This role offers an opportunity to thrive in a collaborative environment and contribute to meaningful outcomes in housing and public works.
Provide accurate advice to stakeholders on procurement and contract management.
Conduct research and prepare reports and correspondence related to procurement activities.
Oversee administrative tasks, including tracking communication and managing the team's group email inbox.
Maintain record management systems using tools such as Content Manager, Microsoft 365, Teams, Tracker, Vendor Panel, PQC, QSS, SAP, and SharePoint.
Build strong relationships with division staff to ensure efficient information flow and support.
Complete procurement contract disclosures in a timely manner.
Create and update purchase orders and variations.
Manage and maintain the PQC (prequalification) system.
Establish new procurement contracts and update templates as needed.
Assist the procurement team with general administrative duties.
