About the role The Administration Officer & Reception plays a vital role in providing comprehensive administrative and reception support to our business.
This position is essential for maintaining efficient operations and delivering outstanding customer service.
Key responsibilities include managing incoming calls, assisting customers in person, reconciling daily bank statements, and supporting various departments with administrative tasks.
You will also handle petty cash management, banking, mailing, and other errands as needed.

Proficient in IT platforms and software, particularly Microsoft Office; knowledge of Pentana-ERAnet/EraPOWER is a plus.

Pay & Benefits Pay details will be discussed during the interview process however this role has been designated as Level 1/2 according to the Private Sector Award - 2020.
