We currently have an exciting opportunity for a detail-focused Administration / New Vehicle Registration Clerk to join our successful team.
Previous experience within a similar role in an Automotive Dealership would be a strong advantage; however, we're also keen to hear from those who have a strong administration background and are wanting to enter our dynamic industry.

Qualify caller and transfer calls to the relevant department or dealership employee.Build and maintain relationships with Dealerlogic and Department of Transport and Main Roads.Complete any general administrative duties as directed.Ensure all unregistered number plates are stored securely.Creating invoices for new vehicle sales.Preparation and Registration of New Vehicles.Answering phone calls and directing them to the relevant department.Scan and index deals into Redmap.Adhere to dealership and Toyota business practices.Adhere to dealership appearance, attendance, behaviour, privacy and occupational health and safety policies.We are looking for someone who can demonstrate: Experience in an administration role.Current Manual Drivers Licence.Motivated self-starter who can work autonomously and within a team environment.Professional presentation and outlook.Excellent interpersonal skills & friendly disposition.Highly developed time management, problem-solving & organisational skills.High level verbal & written communication skills.Ability to build & maintain effective guest relationships.Strong computer literacy.Our Dealership is experiencing exceptional growth, due to our strong market leadership and fantastic model line-up, that is recognised globally for its Quality, Reliability & Durability.
