We typically work with farmers aged between 25 and 55, who are in the growth phase of their family-owned business. SproutAg is passionate about seeking innovative business advisory and alternate finance solutions in agribusiness and see this as essential to the growth and evolution of the Sector. Our clients recognise that they often only have 20-25 years to set their mark in the world so are in a hurry and see significant benefits in our services.We have offices across the eastern seaboard and are completely independent which enables us to match the best products and services to those businesses. Our all-encompassing service offering includes term debt, livestock finance, equipment finance and business advisory services including succession planning.Role:It's an exciting time to join Sprout Agribusiness as we continue to grow to become a leading Australian professional services business focused on rural clients. Our purpose is to help our clients and people grow.As a result of this growth, we are looking to appoint an Administration Manager in our Central Operations Team to be based in our Yass or Tamworth Office.Provide Administration support to the Sprout Ag team as required.Work closely with the Finance Manager and CEO and action any administrative requirements.Attend to business queries and enquiries in a timely and professional manner and in keeping with established service standards.Maintain strong ongoing client relationships and ensure customer files / records are compliant with SproutAg policies and procedures and those of industry legislation.Manage the Learning and Development Platform including keeping all relevant course information and accreditations up to date along with giving access to new staff.Assist with training and onboarding new staff members.Communication Skills – ability to convey and explain information, coherently and confidently both oral and written.Effectively communicate with distribution team members, central team members, technology and other stakeholders.Decisiveness – ability to make effective decisions in a timely manner.Planning and Organising Skills – establishing a process to complete goals and allocating appropriate resources to achieve such goals.Adaptability and flexibility in a changing environment.Knowledge/Experience:A minimum of 3 years' experience in an administration role desirable.Strong Word and Excel skills.Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with proven ability to present in a clear and concise way at an individual and group level.Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills.Fantastic organisational and time management skills.Meticulous attention to detail.A sound understanding of how cloud-based applications are delivered and supported is an advantage.Some customer experience ideally of a technical / analytical nature desired, but not essential.Ability to undertake data analysis, stakeholder management and customer focused outcomes.Demonstrated inclusive, collaborative and engaging approach; including the ability to consult, facilitate, negotiate and influence with a broad range of people at all levels in a medium sized corporate environment.Excellent ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced and changing environment.This is a highly valued role within the business.
