Administration Manager

Working closely alongside the Riverina Conservatorium of Music (RCM)'s Finance Manager, your role will be to manage a small team within the Finance and Administration department overseeing the administration, employee relations and customer services requirements for the RCM.The suitable candidate will need to be someone with a positive, friendly and empathetic disposition. Someone who is very well organised, has excellent communications skills and can demonstrate impartiality, inclusivity and purposeful approach in both leadership and work practices.Your responsibilities will include:Administration Management:Coordinate team and strategy meetingsFacility maintenance and key access registerFacilitate internal communicationsEmployee Relations:Prepare employment contractsOrganise and conduct site inductionsMaintaining WHS procedures, Working With Children Check register, staff forms and personnel filesOrganise and attend personnel meetingsStay informed of legislative changes to support the maintenance of RCM policiesCustomer Services:Management of customer service processesWork with the Finance Manager with regards to:Attending to customer concernsCustomer payment plans and financial bursariesSelection CriteriaHigh level of communication skillsAbility to multi-task and prioritise workloadsGood organisational filing and record-keeping skillsAbility to lead and also work as part of a teamConducting yourself in a professional manner both in appearance and in all interactions and communications.Hold or be willing to obtain and maintain a current First Aid CertificateHold or be willing to obtain Working With Children Check clearance.Demonstrated initiative and a willingness to assist colleagues and be responsive to department and organisational requirementsExtensive skills and experience using Google Workspace, MYOB, Excel, Word and OutlookProven experience in reviewing and upholding the visions and values of a team and organisationExperience working in the area of employee relations/human resources.Further information:The position is full-time Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm with the possibility of some additional hours to support organisational events.Starting 25th November 2024Please send your resume and the contact details of two referees to: ****** line to be: Position Vacant - Administration Manager – your name.
