Our client is a well-known residential construction company who are currently seeking an Administration Manager, to represent the company and assist the Director and General Manager in the overall management of the business administration and office staff. Main duties include: Deliver supervision, training, coaching and disciplinary action of all office staff, which includes Contracts, Permits, Colours, Drafting, Estimating, Sales, Workplace Health and Safety, Administration, Payroll, Accounts, Accountant and Defects. Carry out recruitment, recruitment interviews, onboarding (including agreements, Management Instructions, & registrations) performance reviews and wage reviews for all office staff. Support office staff, including at times needing to carry out administration tasks or roles where staff shortages exist. Monitor costs and expenses, manage budgets for the administrative functions of the company, including office supplies and equipment. Ensure maintenance and updating of company databases and records. Lead office awareness, documentation and compliance to industry regulations and Australian Standards. Provide ongoing support to the General Manager, including raising awareness of issues and delivering proactive solutions. Oversee & ensure adherence to marketing and presentable material, including compliance to design guidelines & company standards for House and Land packages, Social Media posts, brochures, documents and electronic media. Implement and manage weekly and monthly reporting on key office indicators and completion of tasks. Ensure proactive approach to analysis of available data. Coordinate and attend business functions as required. Ensure a high level of personal presentation at all times, including maintaining standards for office staff.
