About the role
The Administration Manager is responsible for managing and leading the administration team while overseeing the daily operations of the administration offices across four campuses.
This role ensures that general administrative duties are performed efficiently and effectively, supporting the needs of students, parents, staff, and visitors.
The Administration Manager provides leadership, fosters collaboration within the team, and serves as a key liaison among various stakeholders, playing a crucial role in maintaining a smooth and organised administrative environment.
Selection Criteria
Demonstrates and displays an understanding of the Islamic ethos of the school, supporting the school's philosophy, values, beliefs, and mission whilst contributing to a caring and supportive environment for all students, parents, and staff.
Ability to embed the MFIS vision and educational philosophy effectively, resulting in successful outcomes for all learners.
Proven ability to lead and manage administrative teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
Strong organisational skills, with experience managing competing priorities, event coordination, and logistical planning.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with staff, parents, students, and external stakeholders.
Experience in planning, financial transactions, and resource allocation, ensuring compliance with financial policies.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and ability to ensure administrative practices comply with standards and reporting requirements.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address conflicts effectively within a professional setting.
Experience in planning and managing large-scale events, including coordination with internal and external teams.
Relevant qualifications in administration, business management, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a similar role.
