What this job involves: We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Manager to join our team based on site at a shopping centre in Western Sydney.
You will provide support on a day-to-day basis with delivery functions of retailers and ensuring compliance with performance expectations.
A snapshot of the role: Rent collection – chasing tenants for outstanding arrears Accounts receivable – processing retailer charges and invoices, monitoring of daily allocations; calculation of income accruals where necessary Accounts payable - raise purchase orders, process supplier invoices and resolve account enquiries as needed Overall co-ordination of the centre-based Lease Administration process such as Lease input, bank guarantee and PLI Coordinate and prepare monthly client reports such as P&L and Retail Report and manage input from all stakeholders Process all rent reviews and update billing details Participate in the annual budget process, working with all stakeholders, assist Centre Manager with review of budgets and manage communications of outgoings charges to retailers General office duties - answering phone calls, front desk enquiries, maintaining office utilities, supplies and tidiness Sound like you?
This is what we're looking for: To be successful, you'll be a motivated self-starter with a proven track record of successfully delivering customer service and administration.
You will be highly organised with a methodical approach to work, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
