Office Management (Administration & Office Support) Full time We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administration Manager to lead various administration functions across our Casey Central Shopping Centre.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong understanding of business processes, and the ability to work proactively within a diverse team.
This role requires a proactive individual who can identify areas for improvement, implement efficient systems, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
About Haben Haben is a privately owned funds and property management business that specialises in unlocking value from retail shopping centres currently located across the East coast of Australia.
We are growing rapidly whilst maintaining our personal touch, and care both about our community of co-investors and partners, and the communities where our assets are located.
About the role Assist Centre Manager with forecasts, budgeting, and reportingAssist Centre Manager with monthly accruals, outgoings, other chargesRent roll administration and management of rental reviewsManagement of arrears and arrears reportingEffective & efficient records management and document controlGeneral Office Management including answering phones, customer service and duties such as office and stationery ordersMaintaining relationships with a range of stakeholders, including senior management, centre staff, retailers, and external stakeholdersAbout you Demonstrated experience in an administrative role, preferably in retail shopping centre managementFinancial and accounting skills including accounts payable and receivableStrong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressureExcellent organisational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detailProficient in using office software and systems, including MS Office SuiteExceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with strong negotiation skillsAbility to understand the retail lease requirements for tenantsBased at our Casey Central Shopping Centre, this is a full-time role within a small team with office hours between 8.30am to 5.30pm.
