The role:
Knight Frank Australia are excited to be recruiting for a superstar Administration Manager who will provide support to the wider Centre Management Team.
Along with your experience in customer service and administration, you will thrive most in a fast-paced organisation that is always ensuring that the highest standard of service delivery is met.
Key responsibilities:
Manage general reception area including greeting of all incoming parties and calls.
Draft, review and prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documentation with minimal instruction
Prepare and process internal and external accounts
Attend to tenant service requests promptly
Dealing with invoices, overtime allocation and new contractor management
Perform administration tasks including checking photocopiers, distributing mail and archive management
Prepare monthly expense reconciliation
Invoicing of monthly charges to tenants
Maintain team's calendars, organise meetings and ensure awareness of daily/weekly movements
Who are we looking for?
Demonstrable experience within an administration role providing support to a team. Retail Shopping Centre experience is desirable.
Ability to work under minimum supervision
Customer service focus with the ability to communicate with internal and external clients at all levels
Good attention to detail and high level of accuracy at all times
Pro-active and strong use of initiative
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
