Together with residents, healthcare partners and families, our teams deliver best practice care with the highest standards of safety, clinical practice and governance.Located in the outback town of Longreach, Bolton Clarke's Pioneers community provides high-quality aged care in a friendly, secure and comfortable residential environment.The role:In this role, you'll mentor, provide leadership and support the administration team in providing a wide range of administrative support and services to the facility.
The role is accountable for ensuring key financial and HR administrative functions are maintained, as well as being responsible for accurate and up to date client systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and leading by example.The Administration Manager is also responsible for providing a stellar customer service experience to everyone entering the facility.ARE YOU SOMEONE WHO IS ABLE TO LEAD A TEAM AND STEP IN WHEN NEEDED?About you:Intermediate skills in full Microsoft Office SuitePrevious experience working in Aged Care preferredCertificate III in Business Administration (minimum), or possess the knowledge, skills and experience deemed equivalentBusiness Systems Autumn Care and CRM experience preferredUnderstanding of Aged Care Fees RAD/DAP and RAC/DACDemonstrated experience in financial administrative procedures, including petty cash, (accounts) payable and receivableGreat interpersonal and communication skills - written and verbalCurrent National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)Evidence of Australian work rightsEvidence of Covid-19 vaccinations in line with current requirementsFlu Vaccination (or willingness to obtain)Rosters and Admissions will be requiredWhat We Can Offer:We provide a work culture that values you and invests in your careerSalary Packaging and tax benefits of up to $15,900 plus additional $2600 in entertainment per year availableRange of discounts (300+)Professional development and career opportunitiesPrivate health insurance and Gym discountsApply nowOur application process takes less than 10 minutes.
