Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Administration Manager to join the Team at our Cannon Hill Office in Brisbane.
The Position
Working closely with the Central Administration Team, Senior Management, and the Operation Teams, you will be responsible for ensuring the administration of contract compliance through the following;
Producing and reviewing reportsDevelopment of contract policy and proceduresDevelopment of contract training modules with the Compass Group Safety, Health, Environment and the Client Quality Management Systems.Management of Central Administration TeamThe Person
Extensive experience in Quality Management SystemsKnowledge of Microsoft Office and high level of computer literacyDemonstrated experience implementing and monitoring QMS programs in a multi-service environmentDetailed knowledge of applicable legislationManagement skills and trainingHigh level report writing skillsExperience in Facilities Management environments is highly desirableThe Benefits
