12 month - Fixed Term opportunity, full time with (limited) work from home role. Due to recent internal promotion, this administrative role is now available for the right person to join our busy Property Services team at Fire Rescue Victoria's (FRV) Spring St location.
Titled Infrastructure Project Coordinator, your skills lie in being an experienced administrator and office team member.
You have supported key stakeholders with their day-to-day admin needs, inquiries, and requests while striving to provide excellent customer service and administrative support.
Having worked in a busy administration function previously (a property sales/property service environment would be beneficial, but not mandatory), you already know how to manage your administrative workload and are able to work to deadlines while maintaining the highest level of attention to detail and efficiency for the department and its team.
You are competent working with computers and are able to use the full MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook), and ideally SAP.
You will be guided by a supportive team and will receive a thorough handover.

About the Role The primary purpose of the position of the Infrastructure Project Coordinator is to provide a high level of professional administration and project management support to the Infrastructure Delivery Team.
You will also liaise regularly with stakeholders within Fire Rescue Victoria to ensure workshop staff and apprentices are supported and compliant with FRV processes and procedures, including the delivery of departmental training and presentations.
About You To be successful in this position, you will have:
Formal qualifications in business administration, project management, or related fields.Experience working with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Outlook, and Excel.SAP experience is desirable but not mandatory.Serving the community, valuing teamwork, having integrity, showing respect, and being accountable are core values at Fire Rescue Victoria (FRV).
