This is a full-time administration role based in Yeppoon, supporting the team at Explore Property Rockhampton and Yeppoon. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the business.
What you'll be doing Handling incoming phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner Maintaining and updating client records and databases Preparing and processing various documents, such as Form 6's and contracts Assisting with general office duties and tasks as needed Supporting the broader team with any other administrative responsibilities What we're looking for Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in the real estate or property industry Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented approach What we offer At Explore Property Rockhampton and Yeppoon, we are committed to providing a supportive and collaborative work environment.
