Administration/Finance Officer (Part Time) Taldumande Youth Services

is a lead charity committed to supporting vulnerable and homeless children, young people, and their families. The dedicated team at Taldumande responds to crisis, provides supported accommodation, restores wholeness from family breakdown, and prepares individuals for success in life. Based in St Leonards and working across Sydney in locations such as the Northern Beaches, Granville, Ryde, and Pennant Hills, Taldumande supports over 60 young people both in the community and within our accommodated services & has a range of highly successful homelessness, family, and young offender programs. We are currently seeking an experienced Administration/Finance Officer with superior skills who is able to provide efficient and effective management and control of administration, WH&S support, information technology, and all aspects of office administration. This position is for someone who loves going to a workplace where no day is the same and enjoys working with an enthusiastic team of staff. The role is part-time, 3 to 4 days per week, primarily based out of our Head Office in St Leonard's, Sydney. The Role

Working to support a small team in a dynamic office, we are looking for an energetic and experienced person to maintain and coordinate a range of office administration duties and assist with financial accounting tasks. The successful candidate must have the ability to work independently, enjoy working with young people, and thrive in a change-oriented environment. Key duties include, but are not limited to: Reception Duties Data entry of supplier invoices into Finance system Reconciliation of credit card transactions and processing into Finance system Management Support and Projects Minute taking in meetings as required Maintain up-to-date and accurate record keeping/filing Assisting with sign up of new tenancies Assist with the maintenance of office registers and Policy & Procedures documentation Order & purchase office supplies, materials & equipment WH&S support Strong communication skills – both written & verbal Proficient in MS Office, especially spreadsheet development, SharePoint maintenance, and development of standard forms for use throughout the organisation Good attention to detail with a strong work ethic Able to work autonomously and as part of a team Pro-active Own car with a full driver's license Current Working with Children Check
