Working at CQUniversityIn this role, your sound governance approach and exceptional customer service will drive GRT's administrative, finance and team support functions to ensure timely, effective, and efficient implementation of GRT's accountabilities. You will be responsible for day-to-day coordination of administrative, office management, procurement and financial needs and enable the team through executive support including minute taking, scheduling, booking and logistics.
You will maintain operational plans and registers including continuous improvements and contracts and will provide support in maintaining project and stakeholder databases. The role has accountabilities in responding to stakeholder enquiries, supporting stakeholder engagement activities and assisting with projects.
