About the Role An exciting opportunity is currently available for an Administration Coordinator to lead our admin teams across our 2 clinics in the South-West of WA; Busselton and Eaton. The role, which can be based out of either clinic but will require travel, will have responsibility for the day-to-day management of the administration teams at both sites and will report into the WA State Manager.
In this hands-on role, you will play a vital part in delivering all aspects of our administration service. The successful applicant will work with the National Administration Manager to deliver a best practice model for the provision of administration services to our patients, referrers and customers. Responsibilities Manage the recruitment, coaching and performance of all administration staff Implement a Standard Operating Model for clinic administration processes and services Develop and coordinate delivery of training and development framework for administration staff Management of Medicare compliance and audit processes Oversee the delivery of excellent customer service amongst all reception staff Partner with operations and People teams to support the engagement and retention of clinic administration staff Knowledge of RIS software functions highly regarded Ad hoc reception responsibilities as required About Us Capitol Health is a national network of community-based medical imaging clinics including the brands: Capital Radiology, Direct Radiology, Future Medical Imaging Group, Fowler Simmons Radiology, Imaging Olympic Park, Radiology Tasmania, Women's Imaging and Lime Avenue Radiology.
