About Our Client Michael Page is partnering with an international, top-tier professional services firm based within the Perth CBD.
Job Description Manage and process all Maintenance Requests with Building Management and arrange repairs and maintenance as required.Handle and manage all concierge phone calls, emails, and requests (internal & external).Coordinate expense claims and invoice processing with the Business Support Team.Manage and organise flight and accommodation bookings.Provide base level IT support for guests and staff as required.Provide support across concierge, facilities, and practice administration related duties.Be a key support person for all practice employees.The Successful Applicant Previous experience in an administrative role.Previous experience within the legal industry or professional services.High level of attention to detail.Excellent organisational skills.Effective time management skills.Strong communication skills (written & verbal).Ability to work autonomously and within a team.Adaptable and flexible in a fast-moving environment.Positively contributes to a supportive work environment.High sense of professionalism at all times.What's on Offer Competitive salary.Perth CBD location.Supportive team environment.Opportunity for career development & growth.
