Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support) Based in Perth, PAC Australia is a leading national membership organisation for the performing arts industry.
PAC Australia delivers a range of programs in market and industry development, including a suite of bespoke training programs, the Australian Performing Arts Exchange (APAX - the national arts market and professional development event) and now the international market development event, the Australian Performing Arts Market (APAM) from 2025-2030.
The new role of Administration Coordinator provides support across the organisation through the efficient and effective administration of our workflows.
This includes administrative tasks that relate to communications, governance, stakeholder relations, and membership services. The role is 0.8FTE. Key responsibilities include: Travel and calendar managementOffice coordination and information management, including correspondence, supply procurement, data managementMonitor primary communication channelsMembership administrationSupport the delivery of in-person eventsThis role would suit an individual who is keen to learn more about the professional performing arts sector, with a particular interest in arts administration.
Previous experience in administration roles will be highly regarded; however, the successful candidate will, above all, be an individual who will thrive in collaborative environments, has a highly customer-focused approach to communications, and pays attention to detail.
