What does the job look like? Linfox's Consumer & Healthcare Group (C&HG) business unit is seeking a dedicated and highly efficient Administration Co-Ordinator to join our team in Erskine Park. This pivotal role involves managing and coordinating billing, invoicing, and assisting the warehouse with stock control. Key areas:
Manage end-to-end AP duties, including invoice / statement reconciliation, process and enter invoices and credit notes into various financial systems. Perform weekly accruals, including vendor invoices and agency timesheet. Update of various excel templates to keep track of PO, pending invoice and consumable log. Coordinate with Operation to conduct stocktakes on warehouse consumables, stationery, and office supplies, Purchase uniform from Linfox intranet and consumable from external providers, work with external providers to ensure supplies are delivered on time. Sources and onboard new vendor, and work with vendor on new consumables requirement. Are you the one? Previous administration experience in a similar role with exposure to transport & warehouse systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and SAP is essential for this role. Understanding of accounts payable systems and process Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
