About the role: Working as part of our national Education and Training team, the Education Operations Coordinator will have a focus on the wide range of administrative and operational tasks involved in the day to day running of our workforce & industry training programs conducted on the east coast Australia.
Responsibilities include:

Development and maintenance of the training calendar including website listings and online booking and enrolment information Management of training enquiries, bookings, cancellations, attendance records, refunds, certificates, student files Hiring and inducting trainers as required Co-ordination of trainer bookings and trainer liaison Sourcing, ordering and maintenance of training resources Maintaining training rooms, reception, and kitchen areas – daily room set up, set down Greeting and directing training attendees Promoting training products and services to internal HCA staff Development and maintenance of relationships with external clients to market and promote training products and services in conjunction with the Workforce and Industry Training Manager and Business Development Manager Familiarise and work in accordance with WHS and QMS systems, policies, and procedures.

To be considered:

Proven administration and organization skills including the ability to meet deadlines, manage competing priorities, perform tasks accurately and manage time effectively Flexibility and the ability to multi-task Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills Initiative and the ability to work unsupervised Ability to accept change and think on your feet Associated administrative tasks i.e.
scheduling, bookings, records management, data entry Prior experience or knowledge on training and education or RTO experience – especially in Healthcare, Aged care or disability subjects
