Join the hardworking team at National Poly Industries as an Administration Clerk/ Sales support. This full-time role at our Bundaberg, QLD 4670 location is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of our busy office. As a key member of the administrative team, you will provide critical support to our sales and operations functions.
What you'll be doing
Process incoming orders and sales inquiries in a timely manner Provide administrative support to the sales team, along with assisting scheduling customers deliveries and maintaining customer records Assist with stock management and inventory control Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry and document preparation Contribute to the overall efficiency of the office by identifying and implementing improvements What we're looking for
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach Strong administrative and organisational abilities, with meticulous attention to detail Proficient in using standard office software such as Microsoft Office Prior experience in a similar administrative or customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing or sales environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines Enthusiastic, flexible and proactive in your approach to your work What we offer
