About We at Italia Pasta Fresca are a small to medium size manufacturing and retail business that believes in providing exceptional service to our value wholesalers and retail customers.
Position We are looking for the all-rounder office administration and Accounts person to take us to the next level.
This is a casual position between 10-15 hours that may lead to permanent part-time for the right person with the overall growth of the business.  The work is required to be performed on site located at Torrensville.  
The Role Handle various administrative tasks, filing and maintaining records to support the day-to-day operations.Reconciling bank statements and preparing monthly financial reportsATO Obligations, PAYG lodgements, BAS lodgements, Superannuation and RTWSA.Provide excellent customer service, answering queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional mannerDevelop and maintain positive relationships with customers.Ad Hoc tasks which could be accounting, or administration related.Maintaining accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fortnightly payroll. Skills & Experience.
Prior accounts administration and financial accounts experience, and strong knowledge in the Australian accounting principles.Accounts receivable and Accounts payable and resolving queries.Payroll and ATO Statutory requirements.Proficient with Xero and other add-ons.MS Office, Word and Excel.Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, time management skills.Excellent ability to communicate effectively and be a team player.
