Company Overview:    Join a multi-award-winning provider of services to the facility and building asset management industry.Approaching 20 years of delivery and consulting experience and over 100,000 buildings assessed, our client is dedicated to supporting owners of large building asset portfolios, contributing to vital sectors such as schools, hospitals, utilities, transport, aged care, and community facilities.Through on-site asset assessments, data collection, and innovative reporting, they play a critical role in empowering their clients and business partners to make informed decisions for a better world today and tomorrow.Position Overview: The Project Coordinator will assist the Senior Project Coordinator (SPC) /Project Manager (PM) and be responsible for overseeing all administration functions to ensure programs such as building condition assessments and building compliance assessments are planned, managed and delivered on time and will support the wider team members in the delivery of the contract.The Project Coordinator will work directly with client stakeholders and project teams, comprising building assessors, subject matter experts and management.Strong communication and attention to detail will underpin the day-to-day operations along with a solid technical understanding of data capture tools and IT applications used to create and deliver data management reports.Your Key Responsibilities will include: Handle and process large data sets, upload/download of field captured data and work with the project teams providing input in the design and implementation of data capture tools.Provide continuous feedback to assessment teams on completeness of data and photos and ensure gaps or missing data is promptly resolved.Book travel for team members in a timely manner and in line with company policy, giving consideration to quality, cost and assessment schedule.Ensure timely responses to stakeholder queries/issues raised, and act as point of contact for clients.Assist with the preparation of assessment reports in MS Word and database information from on site technical audits Assist the SPC/PM with on boarding/training as required and ensure project team members have access to the project handbook and relevant equipment and PPE.Participate in client meetings, record action items, implement changes, schedule, monitor and track the implementation of project activities in line with project milestones.Provide assistance in setting up elements list, defects list, technical specification and reporting deliverables in line with the project scope and ensure the integrity of the project deliverance's (e.g.data and photos) are verified on a regular basis so that quality outcomes are achieved Actively role model behaviours in alignment with the company's values and seek continuous improvement and contribution with all staff Ideally you will have: Previous experience in a like industry, coordinating project teams in; facilities management, building consulting, asset management or similar.Well-developed communication skills and the ability to professionally communicate with key internal and external stakeholders at all levels.Collaborative attitude and approach to project coordination and team management.Proficiency with MS office, Power,BI advanced Excel skills and previous experience working in a Sharepoint environment.Proactive approach to problem solving and a strong focus on attention to detail.Demonstrated skills in document control, data set management, scheduling, team and project coordination What's on offer: This is a great opportunity for a proven Project Coordinator to deliver a diverse range of asset programs nationally for this leading Melbourne based asset management provider, while mentoring and contributing to the performance of this supportive team-based environment.Work with a leading Consultancy that partners with major asset owners Australia wide.Hybrid working arrangements.Close to public transport.Welcoming and dedicated team of professionals fostering a highly collaborative work environment.Competitive hourly rate.If you think you have what it takes, but don't necessarily meet every single point, please still get in touch.We'd love to have a chat and see if you could be a great fit, please contact Kashmira Paulet on 0403 601 361.Please Note: Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted, and applicants must have full working rights in Australia and already by residing in the country.
