The Opportunity: We are currently looking to recruit a Team Assistant (Administrator) to join our Melbourne office on a permanent basis.
This role would suit someone with prior administration experience seeking the opportunity to progress into a Practice Executive (Executive Assistant/Legal Secretary) role in the future.
Joining as a Team Assistant you'll be responsible for providing proactive and effective general administration assistance across a diverse range of tasks.
You will work closely with Practice Executives (Legal Secretaries), Lawyers & Senior Associates to provide day to day administrative support.
Development within the Team Assistant role will be supported by the Team Leader and Operations Manager.
About You: In this role you will demonstrate the following skills and experience: Previous administration experience.
"Can do" and proactive approach.
Strong organisational skills and high level of attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Behave in a professional manner, whilst presenting as pleasant and approachable at all times.
Ability to learn new systems and experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
